Shipments and returns

The Customer is informed of the shipping   by an email to the address provided during registration Client.

Every order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer. Responsibility for the goods passes to the Customer upon receipt by the carrier. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. In case of absence during the delivery, a card will be left . It is then up to the Customer to collect the parcel to places and times specified therein . If deadlines are exceeded, products will be returned to Mobile Wear. It is then up to the customer  to contact Customer Service for a possible return , and at Customer's expense .

Any delays in delivery shall not entitle the Customer to cancel or refuse the goods or claim damages.

It is the customer  that comes the task of verifying the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery . If he finds any omissions or damage , the customer must file a claim with Mobile Wear within 7 days after delivery . Any complaints should be addressed to Customer Support.
